dell latitude e 5400 no display no properly boot

after start the power button;5 sec later it shutdown and numeric keypad flashing continues.also scroll lock and caps lock glow not flashing.plz give me a proper solution.

thnx guys....but still have this problem.my local technician said that the intel chip gone!any idea?

u can heat chip to 120c to see if u have image. it is about 80% chance to see picture if chip have cracked ball under it
