Macbook retina 2013 820-3536 spdif

Hello, I have a issue with the spdif always on (red light) and this board as no headphone or spdif detection on schematics, like the old ones.

I have no need for spdif but I do need the laptop speakers, how can I remove the spdif by hardware?

Removing R6330 or R6302 will solve the issue?

Does anyone knows where is located the spdif detect on this newer models?
I wanted to solve the issue without having to replace the headphone jack...
