Lenovo E550 Debug Code F3

Hi
I Have a Lenovo E550 with Mainboard NM-A221 with black Screen
all Voltages are there but no Picture.
I have installed an Debugcard witch shows Code F3 after boot.
but i am not sure what is means.

does the laptop perform any blink/beep code?
is a dedicated GPU chip soldered on the main board or its place is empty?

No there is only an CPU in that Board
No pep only when i dissasembled the RAM
Then it does peep

the sequence of displayed codes are also important.
what other codes do you see on the debug card before F3?

I have solved the problem it was Bios.
I loaded from another site an it works

now the last post code is 5E

do all parts of the laptop work properly now?
such as sound or network adapters.
