Toshiba satellite L510 machine handle exception

Hi everyone I neex help to confirm the culprit here I have received this laptop Toshiba Satellite L510 model no:PSLF8L-017001 the problem I cannot continue install windows because of blue screen eveytime i boot to mu installer i tried windows 10 and 7 still cannot continue to install.I checked rhe machine there is nec token i just want to confirm if this is the culprit or the bios?please help me thanks in advance

If its working on battery without any problem and if it is not working on power adapter the problem is NEC Tokin. Otherwise you check the RAM and other parts.

Both not working when i reformat using any windows cannot continue always bluescreen with multiple error cannot continue the format.it is possible nec token caps?please advise

Ok. Remove it carefully and Replace with 4 x 330Uf caps like this.
