Toshiba satellite a305 white screen

I have toshiba satellite a305 there is no display but all lights present amd fan spinning but when i remove the video card slot which is Ati there is display but whitescreen.what could it be the problem.please help and advise please thanks in advance

have you tried using external monitor?
or replacing the LCD panel with known good spare?

Thanks for the response ill already tried external display there is no display the problem is when i plugged in the ati video card there ia no display but when i remove it there is display but whitescreeb
