[help]acer 5740g dead with strange sympthom!!!

hi guys please help! i've this 5740g that doens't work and i don't know how to fix it!

i've reprogrammed the kbc eproom e connected the motherboard directly with an external powersupply. but it doens't work! ive done a small video:

strange things is that if i disconnect the ram, the motherboard doesn't power off
