    Elitebook 8530p not power

    hi i this a board 07224-3 artemis mb

    when i plug PSU led of charge power 3sec and on psu i see 040A of consume after 3sec i see 020A of consume .
    the machine not power up when i press power button 3.3v go to 0v after when i release bach to 3.3v .
    Not any corrosion , 3.3-5v are present , i need to flash bios first but i find one but is RAR with password.
    Anybody have this bios please

      I dont think it's a bios issue but there's no harm in trying

          I was given this TV from my great uncle. He said it just wouldn't turn on one day out of nowhere, replaced the TV, and gave it to me to possibly fix and use for myself.

          Upon bringing it home and plugging it up, it showed a standby light.

          I powered it on and without a flashlight, the display showed the "V" but the lighting is very dim, but visible.

          The screen seems to blackout and stay black, but with a flashlight I can see the display.

          With my Playstation 4 connected via HDMI, and running a game I can hear sound.
