    Asus K501j

I have found this part burn J88 03
I looked at schematic and it says SHORT_PIN
Can someone tell me what is this and how can I replace it.

You probably read the wrong marking on the board. J8803 is not a component, it's probably two pads which should be soldered together. You might be looking at R8801, a current sense resistor just next door.
You should use the boardview to identify the component : https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showpo...69&postcount=3

You can use OpenBoardView to open it.
