My dell Inspiron 3537 cable has Gone bad. At the boot stage the LCD screen is not detected sometimes. There is a TUK TUK TUk diagnostic beeps whenever the LCD screen is not detected during the boot process and the laptop reboots automatically. If the LCD is detected at the boot stage then the laptop works normally. On examining the LCD cable connector on the LCD screen end I found that if I apply some preasure to the connector during boot stage the LCD screen is properly detected and after that I don't have to apply any preasure the laptop works normally.
If I know which pins /wires detect the presence of LCD during boot time then I can fix the wires to trick/force the boot process to find presence of the LCD screen always.
It will be great if anyone can point me to the pin out of the LCD connector at the LCD screen end.
