Toshiba Satellite L25-S119 power button issue.

Hi its been awhile.

I have to keep pressing the button multiple times to get it to turn on. It will only turn on with the power plugged in but I still have to press the power button multiple times.

This did not start happening until after I replaced the keyboard. But I also sprayed all the dust out with air.

I tried replacing the battery with a new one. I tried different chargers.

It took apart the laptop again and the power button is clean.

Any ideas?
EDIT: I forgot to mention that I only have to press the power button once for it to turn on after being on for a few minutes. If I leave it on for a minute and turn it off then it only takes one press.
EDIT: Now I have to press it 4 to 6 times to get it back on after its just been off.

Try a bios dump

I tried the bios dump with no success.

I ordered a replacement power button and now I have no button issues.

One press is all it takes! One touch!
