so i have a blown ite it8561e on a lenovo yoga 11, i've looked everywhere for this ic, even the datasheet is scarce. i went through maybe 30 bad boards to see if i was lucky enough to find this ic....no luck. although i found 1 board with a chip similar to this one, 64 pin, super I/O, but im not sure if its compatible with the lenovo, its a SMSC LPC47N217. the chip itself its like 5 bucks from china but didnt want to wait that long.

Not a chance. The modern SIO/EC/KBC chips are very proprietary. That's why you have to sign a contract just to see a datasheet. The manufacturer might make a few chip models that are compatible. But the chips from another manufacturer will never be compatible.
