Also dont charge battery.
I have voltage on pin 1-2-3 of PQ7 but nothing 5-6-7-8.
Have replaced PQ7 but still dont work.

yes on pin 4 of PQ7 there are 18,5V
Pin 8-23-24 0V

check PD5.there must be around 18v on pin1.if not measure the resistance between pd1.1 and ground.

Found PU1 short on pin 24... replaced now work.
