Asus k53u laptop Hard disk problem, Not detecting sometimes

Hi Friends Please help me,

I have asus k53u Laptop in which hard disk is not detecting sometimes. once in 10 times it will connect and boot after turnoff

This might me problem with motherboard how to solve it.
