Hp probook 5320m no audio

So it is with windows 7 and drivers wont help at all .. audiojack is ok and cant hear either internal speakers or earplugs..does anybody know what might be the prob??THX advance.Audio ic or what?

With just the adapter connected, without the battery, start the laptop, if you can find the transistor Q84, it has 6 pins, measured the pin 4 relative to the ground. But be careful not to short circuit anything.
