Dell inspiron 3421 7 beeps

Hye i got i laptop with 7 beeps. From dell website this symtoms processor cache failure.

I got 3v 5v. On intel ich i got 3.3v means volt is enough but no display.

Can i reflow and nudget the processors or cache means processor memory core processor voltage i got 1.5v means ok.

Please advice and disscuss here

Have you checked the CPU coils voltage? What is the board number?

Razor thanks. I already solved the pronlrm came dried ball. Reflow and change processors.
