Apple A1278 no audio from headphone, it's ok from internal speakers

I suppose Cirrus 4026BCNZ defective, i have replaced it but with new ic there isn't audio from both internal and headphone.
I have reistalled old ic and internal speakers are ok again.
I bought other 3 pcs of Cirrus 4026bcnz from 3 different suppliers and when install the new ic's the audio is not present.
I have installed the old ic and audio from internal is present again.

The audio/headphone jack could be defective. If you are getting audio to the internal speakers then why did you suspect the IC??...This tells me the Audo Output IC is good and the receptacle or jack is bad...just sayin..

well pragmatico ,usually does jack are a pain in the ass since they work in both ways , as analog headphones and digital output . good if you have a spare board to measure resistance to ground on all pins , and compare with a spare board !
