dell inspiron N4030 short cmos

hye pls help me. im already replace new hm65 on this laptop and display come to normal but its without cmos batteries. when i put that bateries the laptop cant on. i pull back and laptop can display.

any one has experience to solve ?

put cmos batery the laptop cant on. pull out then laptop normal start

connect the cmos battery and turn the laptop on.
then, check voltage and resistance on components connected to the cmos battery.
according to the schematic, the components include: R6208, U6203, C6207.
then, compare the voltage and resistance with that when there is no cmos battery.

here is a clean virgin file from web update, not dump from laptop (clean me)

make backup before use

how to:
in command prompt do

N4030A07.EXE /writeromfile

and you get clean bios file
