No CLKEN# at cpu core any advice

This is cpu core supply regulator ,
PWRGD voltage is ok at pin no 1 but CLKEN Voltage is not available at pin 40 .
I'm not sure that cpu core regulator or something else. any expertise here please

clken# signal should be low. It's allright.

I would go to this thread first and make sure you have not missed one of these basic things.

Then you will need to post the correct schematic. What unit is this in or model number.

It should have voltage after pressing power button., i think this PIN40 can enable clock generator chip..
