Toshiba L655 Charging problem

I am having problem with this toshiba model L655 board id: da0bl6mb6f0,
it shows plugged in (charging) but battery percentage remains the same,
I have tried different batteries, I have changed the battery charger (ISL87731ahrz).
Can anyone give me another idea.

thanks a lot, I resolved the issue, PR3, connecting the ACOK was not functional, after replacing it everything works perfect.
