Lenovo Carbon X1 can't boot

Hello all,
A customer came to me with Lenovo Carbon X1 which is not turning on. When i pressed the power button, only Keyboard Lights turning on and it restarts automatically. I don't what is the issue in this. Is the BIOS corrupt or some other problem. If anyone who has faced the same problem please help me out.

Hi any news about fixing laptop ,have same problem I try to reprogram bios but cant find right one ,the bios chip in laptop is 16mb and I could only find bios with 8 mb confusing
