No blon out n5110

I got a dell 5110 with no display.check with external and lcd and dont get any display.Then try to flash bios got an error "manufacturer id error " then changed with new one .
Thanks.. that time was ok now iam getting external display and lcd with dark display.find out no BLON OUT any idea before changing EC. Thanks

solved!!! ..without removing Ec, inject 3.3 run though resistor.
