Samsung R540 (laptop) sudden shotdown/restart

I have another laptop that shoutdown suddenly with and without battery, can someone help my what to check first or know what is common probs in this model?

Let us assume you tried cpu, memory, HDD swappin, is there any nec tokin on that board?
Nec tokin 907, 108, 158 type..

What do u mean tried CPU,Memory,HDD?
The laptop working great, its only that its shoutingdown suddenly and if not doing after it a reset it will do it again sooner.

these model of samsungs normally uses the NEC/Tokin so you can start by checking it, I replaced one some few months ago and its stopped freezing.
