No liquid spills etc. Only few key works. Replaced keyboard with known working keyboard and same keys dont work. Could it be the keyboard ic?

personally never managed to solve problem like that with some dell
but in theory it might be few things.. bios (ec bios), caps near keyboard con, or kbc itself...
at least so i read :-/Im Back... sort of...
