HP G62 start in loop

Hello i have HP G62 (G62-b61SG) (MB P/N 01013TM00-600-G). When i plug in the adapter laptop blink and spin for 1 sec the off and then again blink and spin and in infinite loop.

I try to replace the bios but that did not help. It have AMD GPU and Chipset.

Do you have any schematics and did you ever see this kind of issue?

I think i found schematics, i check the MAXIM IC and all look ok except pin 23 and 24 of PU5 (MAXIM 8731AE) they are 1.1V

check for shorts on gpu and nb rails

i find that problem is in 5V rail on PU11, i constantly drops to 0V.
