    Replacing NB on HP Probook 4525s - for Chris (Khron666)

    This is for my friend Chris in Finland (Khron666). He had a HP Probook 4525s that came in with no video. He reflowed it and it worked, however it still had some issues namely overheating and failure to resume from sleep, and he does not have the tools (nor the desire) to replace the chipset.

    I've owed this guy some for a long time. So i offered to replace the RS880M Northbridge for him if he mails the board over here, which he did. I had a few donors lying around so i replaced the chip with another one and it's all smooth sailing.

    I'll let him post proof of my work once he receives it.

    I'm glad to report full success

    The jammed spindle of the optical drive gave me a scare, with odd noises and "choked" booting process, but all is indeed well
