Acer travelmate b113 no display

hi guys... i have a problem with my acer travelmate b113
the problem is no display and i already done all the basic trouble shooting..
so i wanna short the story

flash bios is already done but nothing happen

i notice, the pch chipset is too hot even the laptop wont display..
how can i check the chipset if it still good or bad?
these is the board model la-8941p rev 1.0

You find the the coil that supply the voltage to the PCH. Last one I did was a aspire with dedicated gpu.

I found the coil that supply the voltage. I saw it was shorted to ground , cook the board and Fraking PRESTO I had display
