So after kbc changing ,you have image on external and internal but no backlight on internal ?
if so measure again 10,12,22,24 and 28...
10 and 12 pins should be around 3v...
there can be much wrong if pin 10 doesnt have voltage...so i would recheck soldering on kbc..if not i would change it one more time just to be sure...if fails again to give backlight there something wrong with apu cpu...
If you dont get voltage on these pins we will override them with the method i described above...If you can not find l12 inductor you can connect to pin1 of Q4 or C262 or directly to pin 22 or 24 of lvds connector...try and post results...if you need anything else post...
