Elitebook 8530w wont post.

I got EliteBook 8530w from friend and it has interesting problem
when I plug charger to it it powers up immediately HDD led lids and
power led flashes 11 or 12 times, all optional parts are taken off
it does that even without GFX and CPU any ideas what could cause that?

If you mean power adapter yes I did try 2 different ones same thing and both are working with another machine
