You have to measure the voltage on the bios chip, if voltage are ok, then flash the bios chip with programmer.

NOt bios prob,
I changed the charged battery 80% + AC adapter, the laptop is turned on. When I put the battery only 80% without AC charger laptop will not start.

I think you have to try it with other battery.

Take the board out and CPU.
Put the black probe on ground and check for short on big coils.

If you dont take the CPU out it will look like you got a short.

So take the CPU Out

Finally I found the bad component. It is the MOSFET (A04407A) near the battery connector, after replacing the laptop works great.

hello every body i need some help here please i got acer 5250 mainboard la-9072p
it's have 19v on power press all 3,3v is ok all 5v is ok bios have it's 3.3v but no leds on nothing when press power even rsmrst signal not present i tried to reflash bios changing i/o but still the same any help plz
