Acer aspire 6920G problem

Halo everybody,
Laptop goes out after 25-30 seconds than start again .
Continue to work goes out no more but nothing on screen !
That happens every time i put power on laptop.
I doth first that trouble shooter is Nec-token chip but
before i got similar problem with aspire 9920G and
this laptop do not has nec-token chip.
Graphic card is ok !
Problem is on the motherboard because when i take of all other hardware
is same !
I guess that is common problem on acer motherboards and i would
appreciate any advice over what and where to look to solve this !

Charging controller problem or PSU failure... This model has an 7.1Amp PSU. Sometimes this PSU fails and gives more volts and less amps. Change the PSU and test it again.If the problem exists , you must check the board from input to charging controller.

isnt 6920g embedded with a 9600 gt ? if so a normal 3.42 amp power supply is more then enought.

this has tokin undder cpu. replace it with 4 330uf tantalum. if problem persist could be intel nb bga under vga graphics.
