asus a6r, restarting on start

Hello,
have this one old asus that, restarting on start. Status leds only blinking. post card show that it restart when it comes to rams. its all ATI ics system.

all voltages are good. cannot reflash bios because ot is too old and i have only 8/16 pin programmer
