hp elitebook 2540p cpu hot, no startup

    Hi Guys,

I have a HP eleitebook 2540p which won't start up, black screen, no fan and the CPU is getting very hot. the cpu is soldered to the mobo, so I can't exchange.
Is this the end of the line or can the CPU get hot from other failing components?

When the adapter plugs in, the powerled flashes 1x and when I switch it on the
wifi led comes on and the pwrled flashes 1x. after a few seconds the system shut down and the batt led andhdd led will blink orange 1x.

Switching on the system I have to do with a pincet, because I do not have the powerswitch assy yet. On jp20, there are 4 pins: 1=5V, 2=3,6V, 3=1,6V and 4=gnd. pin 1 will become 5V after I shorten pin 2 to gnd.
Can somebody tell me which connection I have to make and if that has to be a perminent connection. I can not find a schematic for te powerswitch pcb

    pls advice
