sony vaio mbx-156 weird beeps

i got here a a sony vaio with a strange issue , it was dead , fixed the 19 volts line , since it was in short , so now is turning on . but .

computer is always beeping like if it was a keyboard issue , but also cannot enter in bios . removed all periferals , and still beeping , only board and screen and speakers still beeping . and even if i put a HDD after the sony vaio logo , i only see the screen with backlight , but nothing else . replaced the Soutbridge since it was getting a bit more hot than it should , but still persist the problem .
i can't flash this bios since its the OLD rectangular ones.

any ideas will be apreciated .

Check if there is a bad switch on the motherboard. Have you seen any liquid on the board?

i there , yes it beep wthout keyboard as well , so i ruled out that it could be a keyboard problem , the weird thing is that he turn on , gives image displaying the vaio logo with the sound , then i see only the backlight on the screen and nothing else , and the endless beep beep beep beep ....
no liquid damage at least the board is clean

check for the "special"switches S1, S2 it they are short. I think they are soldered on the board right?
