Acer aspire E1-531

when plug the charger and press pwr button fan spin RAM votage 1,5v aviilabe for 5second and then turn off and when i press again the pwr button then only lights up for 5 seconds but no RAM voltage and didnot spining the fan but when i remove the adopter and plug in again and pwr button press then again spin fan and ram voltage avialable but on second try pressing pwr botton only lights up and thus on every time reconnecting the charger same result .
any idia and help please.. thanks in advance

Aready ec+main bios reflashed but same result..

Try bench power supply if you have, may be your charger is bad.

5v,3v and power switch on/off ok but the onward RAM,CPU core v etc is problematic as said in my first post,,,any one have experience like this problem or suggestion please?

remove and measure tantalum capacitor on secondary power rails, sometime capacitance are weak
