Toshiba satellite l580D power lights on but will not start unless clear cmos

When clear cmos laptop start with cmos battery low .after setup bios to default and restart only power light is on and wont boot or start at all.

Laptop works only after clear cmos ,I can restart normal as many times but once turn off wont boot only power light is on ,try to change cmos battery ,reflash bios same thing so must be something with motherboard that controls cmos error or ?

some errors with bios, probably will need dump from other working laptop and rewrite it with programmer cos bios flash does not flash whole eeprom
