Acer Aspire 8930G

Hi,
I try to fix this laptop (motherboard ) with such a problem:
Whenever I press the power button, it will indicate that it has turned on and then approximately 5 seconds later, the power light will go out and then it will turn back on again a few seconds later( only once ). I do not get a picture from the LCD at all. It just stays blank.
I take away motherbord from the rest of laptop than power it up but exactly a same problem !
I guess might be faulty nec token chip but not shure ?
i would appreciate any suggestions to solve it before i remove nec token .

If you remove the video card and press the power, what happens ?

I remove everything but problem remain a
same !

Is that a some chip?
Resolve this might be important because this is not first time i face this problem !
Before i had it with aspire 8920G and more motherboards.(i solved this with changing motherboard)

it is signal that check if all power signals is good. if not the board power off.

Laptop power an after 2 sec.goes out, power up again and than stay powered up but nothing come on screen.
Its same all the time when power button pressed .
As i know if system randomly reboot is very big chance that nec token chip is faulty but in this case system reboots only once.
After that one time everything is ok but nothing on screen .Thats happens even when i power up only motherboard without processor and without video card.
As i say its common fault of some motherboards and maybe someone on this forum has experience with. If not ok ,new motherboard will solved problem
