Satellite C855

Hello team. I have a To shiba Satellite C855 which is dead. Its not power on, nothing leds on. I tested power dc, dc jack and are ok. I unluged the ram, dvd drive, cpu, lcd, keyboard and nothings happend.
Any Idea?

as first check 3,3 and 5V

Depends what you are asking... tutorial on measuring voltages or on laptop repair in general?

Can you be more specific in what you know and what tools you have etc?

I have a multimetre, a smart tester, and a capacitor meter. Im asking to find a tutorial on measuring voltages on laptop motherboard
