    toshiba l655d

    I have a toshiba l655d and when I plug the charger in power light comes on, when I push power button another led comes on to show that it comes on but the fan doesnt really spin it just makes a slight turn once in a while, and I get no display, and in a couple seconds it would turn off, what could be the problem?

    See here. I would have the Northbridge as prime suspect, especially if you found lots of dust inside.
