Dell Vostro 3510 LA-L241P – Amber LED Blink, No Power-On
Hello everyone
I’m working on a Dell Vostro 15 3510 | P112F001 | Service Tag: G4W42V3 and I’m facing the following issue:
When I press the power button, the amber LED only blinks once, but the laptop does not start or attempt to turn on. As soon as I release the button, the LED turns off and there is no startup reaction at all.
What has been done so far:
All main power rails tested – voltages appear normal
Suspected BIOS/EC failure – both reprogrammed multiple times
However, the behavior remains exactly the same

I still believe the issue could be related to BIOS/EC firmware, but I haven’t been able to find a working dump for this board. If anyone has a functional BIOS/EC file or any guidance on how to proceed with diagnosis, I would really appreciate it.
