    Dell Latitude 7410 no charge

    Hello all!
Today i got a 7410 that doesn't detect charger at all, like no charger is inserted.
In battery information on BIOS there is no response when i insert charger (line "unknown watt" message. I tried other charger but no luck. Something is wrong with type C connector or circuit.
I have absolutely no idea how type C chargers are working so any advice will be great

    Thank you in advance!

I have same motherboard with other issue and i compare the voltages.
To make it easier let's name this one "donor".

So in donor i get 13.5v at FZ1 while on the faulty one i get 0v
Also i notice that in caps around JUSBC2 i get 19v on donor but 0v on the faulty.

Suggest to use a USB-C meter between this laptop & power adapter. It will assist to determine the voltage and current draw by the target board.

USB-C operates with CCx lines (CC1 and CC2 - one on each side of the USB connector blade). Often, these lines become damaged or the ESD device becomes defective from transients and cross shorts.

Remove all power. Meter in resistance mode (not diode mode). One meter probe on TBTB_CC1 and other to ground. What is the exact resistance? (in ohms)

      Repeat for TBTB_CC2 line.

        4.5ΜΩ on pin 5 of DT46
        8MΩ on pin 5 of DT45
        Correct?

USB C meter gives 0.0A consumption on faulty board.
