Remove all power. Meter in resistance mode. Measure the resistance to ground of each inductor on the board. Usually grey in color and with 2 leads.

Each inductor is linked to a local buck regulator (accepts a higher voltage as input; outputs a lower voltage after the inductor). We are testing for any lower than normal resistance for that power rail which may indicate their is a short on the board / power rail. Very possible that the CPU is shorted but check the resistance. By design, a low voltage power rail is with a low resistance to ground. Post your list of suspects.

I keeping hearing this clicking sound.. i have no ideas. Meaby the problem Is the BQ chip?

Clicking will be a switching power supply that is within the human hearing range during the oscillations. Measure the voltage to ground of each inductor during this clicking. Possible that rail is the shorted one.

I have 0V in all the coils but the top one that has a wierd behavior.

Who is linked to the inductors with the 19R ohms and 38R ohms to ground? Do you have a thermal camera? I would focus in this region.

Sorry, i didn't understand what you told me to check. Yes I have a thermal camera.
Plugging the power I can see the PU11 get slightly hot (but in a normal range i suppose)

PL8 and PL9 seams to be related to the power CPU, so i think it's ok to have low resistance. PL5 i don't understand what is linked to
