Lenovo ThinkBook 16 gen 6 component identification

I'm working on a ThinkBook 16 gen6

The board has 2 X usb c ports, both show 5v @ amps

I've checked the cc1 and cc2 pins and they have 0v.

The cc1 and cc2 lines go to this component marked

87 9B
M53

This is the over protection IC.

Can anyone help with a part number for this IC.

Do you happen to have a schematic and boardview for this machine?

I know have 0.8v on the cc1 / cc2 lines depending on which way the cable is inserted.

Sill drawing 5v 0amps

Pin 8 of the w25q80 (vcc) has 0 volts. Is this powered by the tps65994?

I have measured 5v coming from the usb c port going into the tps65994, also 3.3v and 1.8v on the caps around the tps65994.

I'm thinking the tps may be faulty if it's responsible to power the eeprom with the pd data?
