Hello there, i'm stucked with a lenovo legion legion 5 15ach6, mb code NM-D562, after power button all voltages are correct, different power stages of cpu transitions are present, when pressing power button laptop turns off like everything is working OK. The owner referred laptop was working perfectly, turned it off one night and next morning had black screen but he noticed system sounds. He managed to open windows voice narrator and accessed control Panel and there is no display adapters or unknown devices of any type (not the NVIDIA or AMD igpu present). I measured all discrete Nvidia card voltages, all seems correct, also CPU. HPD signal from screen was measured on the multiplexer CHIP, and HPD signals for CPU or GPU are present. LCDVDD panel is present but i don't have any backlight signal or video data from CPU or GPU to the mutiplexer chip measured with a rigol scope. I checked all video data lines and impedances are correct. I already flashed BIOS from the original Lenovo webpage after editing, i flashed KBC via i2c with vertyanov programmer. Is there anything else i'm missing??. i ran out of ideas. I don't have HDMI video output, in this model it comes directly from graphics card, and laptop is configured in Optimus mode, as I can check with power led color, so it will be weird both graphics outputs were failing at the same time. On the other hand, pci express lines are routed to the CPU, so my question is, do i need to start thinking about a faulty AMD Ryzen CPU?? Maybe somebody had a similar fault and can illuminate me. There are several posts with similar faults but many users solved it with a clear cmos, not my case. If anyone have more ideas I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance .
