Asus E410 won't turn on

Hi guys
My friend has an Asus E410 laptop which hasn't been used in a long time. It wasn't starting so I checked some posts and videos, then disconnected the battery.
Well, even then it's not doing anything. The power button is lit up, the charging light is blinking orange (with the battery disconnected and cable plugged in) but nothing on the screen.
I also noticed when I have the charging cable plugged in, the CPU is heating up.

Asus x453ma only turn on when plugged in (battery was fine)

Hi all
Iv'e been working on asus x453ma that only turn on when the ac adapter connected
The battery itself was fine

So this is what happen
-plugged ac adapter
-trigger power button
-laptop turning on
-unplug the ac adapter
Laptop still on with battery
-without ac adapter
-trigger power button
And nothing happens

Have no idea what is going on
Charging sistem still works when laptop is turning on
And also when battery reach 100% the charging indicator still red. It should turn white/green...
