Dell Inspiron 15 3520 - AC Adapter shows "Not Installed - Not Charging

Hello,
I bought a used Dell Inspiron 15 3520 laptop and the battery isn't charging. When I go to the BIOS setting it shows that the battery health is "excellent" but on the AC Adapter shows "not installed". I checked the pins from the power connector on the motherboard and I didn't found a short on the PS_ID pin. It dould be the charger (I don't know if this is the original) or what I have to check?

Search this forum for other cases related to the PS_ID. Measure the voltage to ground on this rail. If working, it should be ~3v.

Confirm this voltage on the other side of the crowbar mosfet @ PQ1. The PS_ID line is used by the EC to communicate with the adapter details.

Hello,
I solder a cable at pin (with green colour) because the component is at the bottom side of the PCB in order to measure the voltage of the PS_ID pin when I will turn on the laptop. After this solder when I turn ON the laptop the AC adapter was recognised, so I beleive was a cold solder joint. The voltage at the PS_ID pin before and after the PQ1 mosfet is 3.28V (Multimeter FLUKE 101).
