Acer Aspire E5 573G , only 100mA and nothing else when powered on

HI,i'm going crazy with this board
DA0ZRTMB6D0 rev D

i read everything on badcaps about issues of this board...
replaced eeprom, reflashed bios and EC...
removed the GPU with the uma conversion instructions (already used on other acers like this one)

all voltages are present.. 3.3V 5V 1.7V 1.1V 19V etc ...

when poweringon the board the blue led lights up, and there is a 100ma comsumption
looking with the DSO the eeprom seems that there is some sort of communication

the battery is charging



the motherboard can be shutted down using the power on pins on the keybaord connector...

the only thing i'm worried about is the CPU voltage... 1.67.. with some strange spikes on the end of teh waveform


also the lid sensor is good.... and the CPU inductor become warm (because of the spike?)

1v67 on the cpu rail? To me, it seems very high.

for what i seen on other post about this PC seems that others have measured 1.6v ... (readed also about 1.65)
how is possible that the driver can supply 1.7V instead 1.6V never seen a fault like that, (if this is a fault..) maybe is starting 1.7 to lower progressively on first seconds.

BTW i just bought a board with the GPU not working (i will discrete-UMA in future ) to check voltages and waveform of the CPU vcore

I do not understand some indicators: 100mA for the board (is to low when all power supplies are on) ?? Battery charging, consuming a part of the 100mA (charging current is to low, or battery is full)?? Spikes, meaning there is data communication??
1,7v for CPU is good. De FIVR (fully integrated voltage regulator) is embedded in the CPU himself and needs 1,7v. De FIVR makes de lower core voltages.

Check the voltage on the coin cell battery (CR2032?) @ BT1. This must be ~3v else is a suspect.
