Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 15ARH7 / LA-M082P / Power led ON but no display

    Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 15ARH7 / LA-M082P / Power led ON but no display

    I got this Lenovo laptop where it wouldn't boot in any way, i tried reflashing the BIOS but nothing has changed.
    Keyboard lights up for about 8 seconds then turns off and only the power button remains lit.
    Fans spin for about 3 seconds and only the CPU seems to receive power, but only slightly, PCZ195 feeds it around 1.1v and those main cpu rails are reading about 3.7Ohm
    Nothing else on the laptop seems shorted or wrong. But only the CPU tries to turn on when pressing the power button.
    should i suspect a bad CPU or are those mobile Ryzen 6000's about 4ohms too?
