Dell Latitude E5520 does not turn off - OS is loading

The laptop Dell Latitude E5520 oes not turn off - OS is loading.
I reflashed the BIOS; I removed the HDD, Wi-Fi module, DVD drive - I booted from a flash drive, sent the shutdown command - it turns off for a couple of seconds and turns on again! Maybe someone knows what to do?

Looking for Dell Latitude 5520 / 5530 / 5540 RJ45 network connector replacement

I have a Dell Latitude 5530 with a damaged RJ45 network connector. See the attached pictures.

Have already searched on Farnell / Aliexpress / Ebay and had contact with several suppliers on Aliexpress and Ebay, but they cannot deliver this connector.
Is there someone inside the EU, who has these connector(s) or perhaps defective motherboard(s) for these laptop models I have mentioned in the topic title.
