Huawei laptop no power

Huawei laptop no power
Model BOD-WFH9
Motherboard H98T DAH98TMBAC0 REV C HF
no power and when connect power adapter I hear leak sound and the ic in the pic overheating I removed it and the laptop power on with no display .
So what is this ic and can I bypass it ?

Might be lcd panel vcc power switch, check pinout and output for low ohms and if it is connected to edp connector, change for same type.
