I need to ask so there is no misunderstanding: You have changed the Chipset based on a flicker issue with the internal display?

No, missing HPD would just lead to a black screen. Not in something like that. Maybe you forgot about all the data lines connected to the GPU and CPU?
but personally I would start with a visual inspection of the differential pairs. Maybe something is cracked/ripped/missing or similar.

Data lines comes from CPU. I pull out CPU and check traces. They are ok. I reballed back the CPU. Remaining CPU to exchange... its a i5 8300h. I think i can put a i7 8750h...
Hope to not have problems with power supplyes..(for panel or CPU- noises or else). With a scope, signasl is clear.

I put i7 8750h in place of i5 8300. Full succes and no flicker anymore.
